SHIPPING & FREIGHT

We understand the retail environment thoroughly, and our delivery solutions are tailored to the specific needs and timeframes of retailers and shopfitters across Australia.

Road Freight

All orders are dispatched daily from our Melbourne warehouse. Standard delivery to metro areas typically takes 4–5 business days. Fast-moving items can usually be delivered within 2–3 business days across Southern Victoria.

Bulk Road Freight

Palletised consignments of up to 10 pallets are dispatched twice weekly via Allied Express, with delivery to most metro locations in approximately 5–7 business days.

Domestic Airfreight

Orders up to 5kg are shipped with Allied Express. Delivery is 1–2 business days to Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, and 2–3 business days to Darwin and Adelaide when orders are placed before 1 pm AEST. Tailored airfreight options are available for urgent requirements.

Tail-Lift Delivery

No forklift on site? We can arrange a tail-lift service to safely unload palletised deliveries.

Time-Critical Delivery

We coordinate time-specific deliveries to meet shopping centre restrictions and ensure smooth access.
