High-density pallet storage with efficient single-aisle access.
Push Back Pallet Racking stores multiple pallets in depth while allowing all loading and retrieval to take place from the same aisle. Pallets are positioned on inclined rails or nested carts. When another pallet is loaded, the existing pallets are pushed further into the lane. When the front pallet is removed, gravity moves the remaining pallets forward towards the retrieval position. The system operates on a Last-In, First-Out basis and provides a practical balance between higher storage density and efficient pallet handling. Retail Fixtures Australia can tailor Push Back Racking around your pallet dimensions, loads, SKU profile and warehouse layout.
- Stores several pallets in depth to provide greater density than conventional Selective Racking
- Reduces the number of access aisles required
- Allows loading and retrieval from a single aisle
- Eliminates the need for forklifts to enter deep storage lanes
- Delivers efficient LIFO stock handling
- Ideally suited for storing multiple pallets of the same SKU
